So, I thought I would start off with an introduction post and let you know what this blog will be all about. Many of my posts will be controversial, critical of the current college culture, and especially tough about the astronomical cost of education today. I'm pretty opinionated...but, I also love a good debate and I love to hear what other people think. I invite you to comment with your related experiences and keep the conversation going! :o) You aren't going to find any rah-rah college pride crap here.
Sometimes I might appear to be anti-higher education, but actually the reverse is true. I believe so wholeheartedly in a quality, challenging academic experience that I scoff at the thriving celebration of mediocrity and devaluing of degrees that we are currently engaging in. I'll be taking my anger out about the situation here. So hold onto your seats! I hope you'll stay tuned for more!
